On Tuesday November 10, 2009 the Civil Practice Committee will hold its regular meeting. All subcommittees are due to report at this meeting, so please be prepared. The Courtroom Security Subcommittee has been making quite an impact and a partial report of current activities. I am eager to hear from the other subcommittees, as well.
