TOPIC: Summary of the issues and solutions discussed at the annual Congress of the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats), in Sevilla Oct. 27-30, 2009. Particular emphasis will be on private law problems, contract disputes, and international trade issues while working in international commerce. She will also present a summary of the speech which she made to the UIA Contract Law Commission last spring in Atlanta regarding issues when employing sales agents, representatives, and employees to market and sell product in other jurisdictions. Lynne is a solo practitioner working in the areas of business and trade law, international agri-business law, civil litigation, and probate and estate planning.
