A panel of speakers will discuss 4 legislative proposals. Three of the proposals were drafted by committee members and are intended to be CBA sponsored legislation amending Sections 21-355, 21-310 and 22-40 of the Property Tax Code. The fourth proposal is from the Cook County Assessor and seeks to amend Section 20-178 of the Property Tax Code. Votes will be taken for official positions on these proposals.
