Emerging Issues in Consumer Bankruptcy

 
Three specific issues relevant to a consumer bankruptcy practice will be examined in-depth and strategies to address them in everyday practice will be covered: the intersection of bankruptcy and divorce, property tax issues in Chapter 13, and ethical issues and requirements with regards to technology. While common issues, the nuances of each will be explored so that you are best prepared to tackle them if/when they arise.
