How To...Tech Apps To PowerUP Today's Attorney

We're all overworked, overstimulated, overtired, under-nourished and expected to produce work in an increasingly competitive environment. While apps are surely not a one-size-fits-all solution, they are the next best thing when it comes to efficient, accessible, and now more than ever, truly helpful solutions for self-care as today's attorney navigates the ever-evolving deluge of tasks and challenges within a day.

Today's attorney has accepted that burnout is real, we know it is important to maintain a work-life balance, eat well and mind our sleep. However, putting these notions of self-care into practice is where the story often ends. Wellness is left for the end of the day, falls off the task list, or is altogether actively avoided. Wellness need not be a chore, but factored into our daily routines, it often feels like one.
