Hands-On Training: Lawyer's Work/Life Balance Series

For many attorneys their smart phone makes them feel like they are on call 24 hours a day? Is that you too? Does your inbox keep you up at night? Anxiety doesn't need to be an essential part of a lawyer's job. In this class, we'll explore stress management techniques and practical tips you can practice to prevent your devices from driving you mad.
In this session we will cover:
  • Stress management techniques for always-on lawyers
  • Practical tips you can implement to keep your devices in check, and still be responsive to clients
  • Ways to establish a better work/life balance, specifically relating to technology

Speaker: Anne Haag, Trainer & Coordinator, Law Practice Management & Technology. Anne is a former paralegal, specializing in patent law. Prior to that, she worked as a record buyer in the music industry.
