Immigration Law: How To Respond When the Government Says NO

 
Learn from a variety of practice areas, including criminal defense, family-based immigration, removal defense immigration, and employment immigration, on issues such as responding to requests for evidence and notices of intent to deny, post-conviction relief, appeals, and more.

RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FOR EVIDENCE (RFE) AND NOTICES OF INTENT TO DENY (NOID)
For employment-based and family-based immigration cases, oftentimes the government issues an RFE or NOID, which must be responded to very quickly. Speakers will discuss strategies for brainstorming with clients, working to obtain documents, and how to write a strong response to get an approval.
