YLS Lunch with Judge Patricia Spratt - May 21

The YLS Lunch with a Judge series strives to provide young lawyers with the unique opportunity to hear from a member of the bench in an intimate setting. On May 21, Circuit Court of Cook County Judge Patricia Spratt will discuss "A Peek Under the Tent: Civil Litigation Tips Seasoned Judges Share with New Members of the Bench."


The luncheon event will take place from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, Suite 2800, 111 E Wacker Dr, Chicago, IL. A complimentary lunch will be served courtesy of Taft.

About the Judge:
Prior to joining the bench, Judge Spratt was a Partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Judge Spratt has 22 year of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts, during which she handled more than 100 trials and adversary proceedings. Judge Spratt received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was on the Dean's List and served as lead articles editor for the Law Journal. Following law school, Judge Spratt clerked for a Chicago federal appellate judge.
